Parkhouse Hotel & Spa

Booked it for the spa, stayed for the breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast was super nice. Comfortable and cozy rooms but thin walls. I only booked this hotel for the spa, there are way cheaper options around. Nearly all the staff was very friendly.

Cons: One girl at the reception didnt really want me to use the spa and told me its closed despite it was still open for 2 hours. She was quite rude with me and didn’t apologise. Also, I always had to put up the heat of the sauna myself because it was only at 30 degrees when i entered it.

Pros: My father and I were visiting our friends Who lives in the Asian side of Istanbul. I was searching Parkhouse before I booked, this hotel made by steel construction which is very safe for earthquake and hotels fire exit and emergency evaquation plan excellent. If you book through booking.com there are lots of discount you get.I was in shock, I have never had such an amazing experience from a hotel before the room was stunning. My only regret is that, I did not stay longer!!! I cant wait to return!!!

Pros: My dougther and I were visiting our friends who lives in the Asian Side of Istanbul. The location was perfect for our visit. Easy access to our favorite spots in Kadikoy. Accomodations were clean , quite and comfortable. Plenty of ammenities and staff was friendly and accomodating. Most importantly hotels emergency evacuation plan everywhere and we learned Parkhouse made by steel construction. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Spa operation time must ve longer..

Great staff and location

Pros: Hotel is super nice, amazing housekeepers, great location, great staff. Definitely recommend for your stay in Istanbul Asian side as this spot is close to the subway and all the main food and shopping places! You will love it!

Perfect stay!

Pros: Very clean room, nice sauna and hamam! We loved the breakfast as well, thanks to Gulsen for her hospitality! We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is close to Kadıköy metro station, and you can get to the hotel from airport metro in 50 minutes. Thank you!

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at the Parkhouse hotel in Istanbul. The ambiance was modern and vlbrant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.Breakfast was super quality and delicious the breakfast lady makes you an omlette. Owerall it was a positive experience and I would recommend PARKHOUSE hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and well located in Istanbul.

Cons: Spa closes at 20.00pm.

Pros: Very good location, very helpful staff, adequate size of the rooms, very nice breakfast. Very good internet speed.

Cons: Sound insulation pretty bad between rooms. Spa needs refurbishment… actually only finish sauna worked properly, jacuzzi didn’t seem inviting at all, Turkish hamam with a broken door (didn’t close properly).

Warm, welcoming in the midst of the Asian side culture

Pros: Breakfast was very traditional and tasty it felt like I was eating at my grandmas house, amazing. Service and people are so lovely and friendly. Rooms are clean and location is the best, so close to the ferry and center

Pros: Great location and really friendly reception staff

Cons: Our maid came to our room and removed 6 x unopened water bottles (which we bought at a shop) - something I’ve never experienced at a hotel. I mentioned this to reception and they gave me more water which was helpful! The lady who runs breakfast sadly didn’t speak English so trying to order was just hard. We tried to use google translate as best we could

Pros: The staff was super helpful. The room was compact but well organized and very comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and done with care. The lady at breakfast came over especially to make sure I had everything I needed.

Cons: The spa didn't have a steam. That would've been a nice addition.
