Pros: Clean, close to everything. Welcoming,helpfull staff

Pros: Hotel is located at the centre of Avcılar just near to E5 and very close to public transport facilities.Staff was great and polite specially Mr.Mehmet,a receptionist.A large variety of Turkish breakfast included in the price.Clean comfortable rooms.Hardly recommended for all guests of greater city of Istanbul.ive being given every day an complimentary coffees and drinks.Thanks guy's

Pros: From the start, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated how easy and quick the check-in process was after a long day of traveling. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Mr. Mehmet was very helpful. From the moment of booking till our departure he was constantly assisting us with our requests, arranged a transfer for us and was able to move it as our flight was delayed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and great service.

Pros: Very nice hotel, people here are so friendly. Especially Mr. Mehmet, his friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalism have made our stay incredibly wonderful. Pros: First of all, very nice and helpful service, every hotel should take an example of such service. Very good location, clean and tidy. Good selection of breakfast dishes.

Cons: The only minus was the inability to close the door to the terrace, which meant you could hear sounds from the street.

Business trip in Avcılar

Pros: Fantastic staff at the reception. Really great hospitality, kindness. We were given tea and water upon arrival. Comfortable room, very good price value ratio and great location. WiFi is also excellent. I highly recommend this small, but really good hotel.

Cons: The bathrooms could be improved and more clean. Turkish Coffee would be much better for breakfast.

Pleasant, accommodating, comfortable, super friendly staff and tidy!

Pros: The staff were very accommodating. Before going, I told them we don't have a charge head to use our devices from the UK in the Turkey. They bought one for us free of charge and had it ready at hand when we arrived. Their breakfast was fresh and had a variety which they would change up every few days. Before leaving the hotel they'd always ask if we want our bedding changed and our room cleaned before returning. They would do a good job of cleaning and, especially tidying. The hotel is like 2 minutes away from the town centre which buzzes day and night. It has many options for you to eat from, including cafes and desserts, and a huge variety of retail options. It was a pleasant stay, very comfortable and and the staff were very friendly!
