Pros: Our stay was really great. We are a couple and we loved our stay. The location is amazing, the breakfast is amazing and the place has wifi. The behaviour of the owner was really amazing. He went above and beyond to support me throughout my trip. Also he had prepared a lovely surprise for me and my wife when we arrived at the stay. Definitely would visit again.

Pros: Yunus is such an amazing host. He helped us out so much and made our whole trip so much easier. The other staff and Ozer family are all incredibly friendly and lovely, too. The location is so convenient. Walk 5 minutes in any direction and you have public transport links and areas with everything you need.

Pros: Yunus is the best! He helps from luggage carrying, tourist spots recommendations to food recommendations. He’s responsive for any support you need.

Cons: Since the building is old, if you’re carrying big luggage’s, it only has stairs and you can tell the facility and the room is kinda old. If you care about this issue, it might not be the best choice for you.

Overall very good. Yunis was a great host

Pros: Yunis was so helpful and kind. He even took me to the doctor on a Sunday when I was ill. He couldn’t do enough for me.

Cons: Shower fitting was broken

Pros: Yunus was fantastic. He helped us with our luggages , showed us around and gave us very useful info about shopping and everything. Any time we needed him he was available to help us. The location is excellent! It's Near to all the hot attractions, plus around the hotel there are grocery shops , restaurants and bars. We will come back for sure! We totally recommend Ozer Hotel & Apartments!

Pros: Great place to stay , the reception was unbelievable, the guy at the reception gave me even his phone number in case I had any trouble around the city, he was very kind and helpful. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was 5 minutes away from the tram and the main attractions of the city. Perfect for solo travelling or travelling with your partner. If I'd need to come back I wouldn't hesitate to book this hostel. The price is really reasonable and the quality was second to none.

Pros: The staff is amazing, super nice and available to help in many ways! The position is awesomely central, very close to all the most important attractions. The room was big.

Cons: The room and furniture are quite old, and actually the room was quite cold and with a bit of humidity. WiFi connection was not excellent, but still worked quite well.
