Pros: My partner and I stayed at Enderun Hotel for a couple's getaway, and it was the highlight of our trip to Istanbul. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their genuine Turkish hospitality. The location is unbeatable—it's tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet only a short, pleasant walk to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. It gave us the perfect balance of exploring the vibrant city and having a quiet, romantic sanctuary to return to. Our room was spotless, elegantly decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A special shout-out to the breakfast spread; eating in the beautiful winter garden courtyard was the best way to start our mornings. If you’re looking for a blend of historical charm and modern comfort, this is it!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Enderun Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment there. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The decoration of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The interior design combines elegance with traditional charm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail feels carefully selected, and the aesthetic of the space gives the hotel a unique character. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and professional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and were always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality and positive attitude made a real difference in our stay. Cleanliness was impeccable. The room and all common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests feel relaxed and at ease. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It offers comfort, style, and truly warm hospitality.

Friendly city hotel with a great position for visitors of historical sites in Fatih.

Pros: It concerns a great position of the hotel for travelers intending to visit the historical sites in the old city of Istanbul (Fatih). Thanks to Osman and Baran for their commitment.

Cons: Everything was generally ok. Therefore, I have no big remarks. However, two things could be better: 1) Breakfast is monotonous and a little bit poor from my point of view - that is especially important for travelers who have an ambitious touristic agenda with less time for breaks later during the date. 2) TV set could be larger - some guests would like to relax enjoying TV programs at the end of day.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and useful information about the city and transportation. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. The bed was very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. They also offered very favorable currency exchange rates for guests.

Cons: The hotel is located on a small street within a local market area, though it’s very close to the Old City center and major attractions. The bathroom was relatively small and looked a bit older compared to the rest of the room, but it was clean and had all necessary amenities.

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great short term stay close to all the attractions. Very pleasant

Pros: The rooms were great - good heating in the room which was important on our winter trip. The cleaning staff were always lovely. The location was good and close to everything. Enjoyed our stay. Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul

Cons: The restaurant where breakfast was served must of had issues with the heating for the entire stay..one day it was so hot in there around 27degrees and for the remainder of our trip it was around 11 degrees. Most of the satellite TV stations were in German language and or signal was too weak to receive others also only had around 4 English channels

Very well located and comfortable

Pros: Really good location for SultanAhmet. Lovely old style and well Maintained. Despite snow, it was warm and cosy. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you to the chef and also to the housekeeping team. The front of house staff Baran and Osman were very kind and helpful with anything I asked.

Cons: The drains were a little fragrant in the way that old buildings can be. But everything worked.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was always clean and very comfortable. The location was close to the major sites of interest in Istanbul but the hotel was in a quiet street.

Cons: No dislikes. We would happily stay here again.

Stunning elegance.

Pros: The room was so elegant & beautifully decorated. A great shower. The breakfast was superb- kept us going all day , topped up by the coffee machine in the lobby. The staff were very kind & friendly. It's a short walk to the main attractions.
