Excellent staff and location

Pros: The very helpful staff, the room size, location very close to the grand bazaar and lots of local food takeaways

Cons: Breakfast selection could of been better, some labels of what food is what, bedsheets changed every 3 days which was a suprise. Had a slow draining sink for the full duration of my stay, which I reported several times.

Ideal Location for Shopping

Pros: Location of the hotel was excellent. Sezgin was very helpful during our stay.

Cons: There was no water in the bathroom on the last two mornings of our staff, however a call to the front desk resolved this.

A wonderful stay. We felt safe in the area, enjoyed breakfast and friendliness of staff.

Pros: I just love everything about this hotel. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, absolutely value for money. Staff is super helpful (so sorry I've misplaced the names of the two guys at reception) your staff are vital for your hotel and an asset. I can highly recommend this hotel.
