Cons: It was scary to book an apartment with a score of only 8.1, but it turned out that the apartment was great. Many people wrote that the neighbors could be heard loudly, but I wouldn't say that. Also, many people wrote that the area is dirty, and it really is. But there are local shoe manufacturers in the area, which makes the area look very colorful and interesting, and I personally wasn't upset by the dirt. Cons: – The floors creak

Local living close to the action
Pros: This apartment is right on the edge of the Sultanahmet district surrounded by a local precinct of its own. There are many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets at the end of the street but it is very quiet. It is a real traders district. The apartment has basic cooking facilities, is quite roomy and has a very comfortable large bed. It was quite clean but the shower needed a good scrub. It is a fifteen minute steep walk to Hagia Sophia and a ten minute very steep walk to the Grand Bazaar.
Cons: The street outside is quite steep and needs reasonable fitness and good mobility to access the apartment.

A home from home in Istanbul
Pros: The apartment is so nice - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we could want for a 5 day stay. Hot water and a great shower. AC throughout. It has a little outside area. It was very fairly priced. Mrs Gul who let us in was lovely and the owner responded to queries promptly. The area is really interesting and it's close to the Bue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. A great stay!
Cons: The building is on a steep hill, which mightn't suit people with mobility issues.

Pros: Просторная квартира с боковым видом на море с балкончика. На кухне есть холодильник, стиральная машина и порошок, капельная кофеварка с фильтрами и кофе в баночке, столовые приборы и посуда. Большая кровать с хорошим матрасом. Красивый интерьер: деревянный пол и потолок, кирпичная стена, турецкие лампочки 😻
Cons: Минусов не заметили, для нас идеально; Кому-то может быть сложен крутой подъём в горку, но в этом районе везде так. Для нас — не проблема; наоборот, хорошая тренировочка)

В целом все было хорошо, так как мы приходили только спать, но апартаменты нуждаются в тщательной уборке и реновации
Pros: Удобное месторасположение, удобная кровать, всегда была горячая вода , есть достаточно кухонных принадлежностей,рядом много кафе и магазинов, легко добраться до всех достопримечательностей , в том числе пешком.Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый
Cons: В комнате на первом этаже было не совсем чисто , кондиционер в спальне был грязный и очень шумел , есть запах канализации в ванной , очень тусклый свет, плохая шумоизоляция

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in praktischer Lage.
Pros: Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Istanbul. Es ist sehr ruhig die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und nett eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick.
Cons: Es gibt keinen Backofen. Die Küchenutensilien sind nicht übermäßig gut ausgestattet um zu kochen.

Pros: Le quartier et la rue même, très vivants, avec beaucoup d'anciennes maisons en bois. Très près du centre (mosquée bleue, ...). Appartement confortable et propre, dans une ancienne maison de charme restaurée.
Cons: C'est plus un sous-sol qu'un rez-de-chaussée. L'avantage quand même, c'est que ça reste frais. La terrasse avait été un peu négligée.
