Pros: Location was great only 10min from tram station (T1) lots of restaurants close by and service from owners was exceptional any little thing we requested was met with high standards.

Cons: Nail in floorboard in room was dangerous

Pros: Everything was nice, staff also super nice! We will come again.

Pros: Everything is exceptionally clean, with good shampoo and shower gel. The conditioner worked perfectly. There is a terrace on the fifth floor where you can smoke or drink beer while admiring the sea and the landscape. Pleasant staff.

Cons: There was a power outage in the room. When I turned on the hair dryer, the lights in the bathroom would go out when I turned it up or down. The kettle in the room didn't work either, but the staff kindly heated water for us. There aren't many electrical outlets to charge phones and other devices.

Pros: The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The customer service was exceptional and the hotel owner went above and beyond for us. The place was clean and nicely made, but it was the hospitality that was really a standout to us. Felt so fortunate as Australians to feel so welcome in a new country. And on top of that we had a stunning view of the Blue Mosque! All for a reasonable price. It is tucked away in the centre of Old Istanbul, it’s very close to all the main attractions, and on top of that you really get to feel the authenticity of true Turkey. Surrounded by shops and cafes, it’s the best place to indulge in rich culture. Truly one of the best hotels, and we highly recommend this to anyone who is travelling to Istanbul.

Great place for a family visit

Pros: We were able to all stay together, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly accomodating with everything we needed. Room was spacious and clean

Cons: The only con would be that in the family room, which we were in, there was no natural light. I know the other rooms have great light and a sea view though

Pros: Very simple, very cozy, in the center, very beautiful room

Cons: The cigarette smell all over the hotel

Pros: The owner and staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming and willing to help us with everything within their reach The hotel is small and in vicinity of the major tourist attractions (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Sultanahmet, GrandBazar). A 10 minutes walk gets you to the closest tram station.

Cons: Everything was according to the information provided to us prior to arrival. So nothing to complain about.

Pros: Very close to many must see attractions in the city.

Cons: Family room has no view.

The best in that range of price. Definately.

Pros: The sea view from the apartment was actually something that you wouldn’t expect in that range of price. The comfy bed was something that we needed after long hours of walking through Istanbul and that has passed the test. Location of hotel also top.

Cons: We have stayed at the hotel in February during snowy days and it was actually so cold that we had to take additional bed sheet. The pictures show netflix logo on the TV, but they don’t actually provide netflix so don’t be fooled. Overall these are the only 2 cons that we have found during our 5 days stay.
