Very nice place

Pros: The location is great, near the Grand Bazaar and on 10 minute walk from most of the Landmarks. The tram line that goes to all the landmarks in the city is 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. The staff is great and very helpful. Mustafa is very friendly; he gave us directions and recommendations, and also made us a great water pipe. Overall very nice place.

Cons: The hotel looks bad from the outside. It's a bit old.

The staff is really friendly and hard working. They added more value and memories to our stay in Istanbul.

Pros: The property is neat and clean. It has a really nice rooftop with good options for breakfast. The location is just perfect wuth grand bazaar within walking distance and tram lines also that connect to the taksim square

Exceptional Hospitality at Grand Balyan Hotel

Pros: The accommodations provided excellent value. Breakfast was included. We experienced a very welcoming atmosphere, largely due to Sofia, a member of the reception staff. Her friendly and helpful demeanor was consistent throughout our stay. Her politeness and pleasantness were notable. I would consider booking this establishment again specifically because of her exceptional service.

Cons: Air conditioning could be improved.
