Pros: Very good staff, the location is perfect, good breakfast.

Cons: Just the beds weren't the comfiest or we didn't have a hairdryer in the room but that's not that important. But the staff made us feel welcomed and that made up for everything! Thank you.

Pros: Amazing staff, great breakfast, the room looks exactly like the pictures. Bonus points for the hotel cats

Pros: Great location in the historic part of Istanbul, close to major attractions and public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong Wi‑Fi.

Cons: The building is quite old and would benefit from some refreshing, especially the bathrooms, which tend to get clogged from time to time. Due to its age, some elements are naturally worn out — it would be worth replacing them or at least improving the fittings, such as shower mounts, curtain rods, and similar details.

Pros: Nice space of the room, pretty far away from tram stop. The room need for deep cleaning, the tiles in the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste and shaving foam (it has not been cleaned for a long time), also some furniture have run-out. Nice breakfast.

Value for money and good service

Pros: The hospitality was great, breakfast was fine, and the bed and room facilities were very good. Some hotels don’t allow an extra bed, but Mir’i Mansion offered it as part of the booking. Although we travelled during peak Christmas time and paid a much higher price, we still value that the quality was as expected. Thank you very much for the service during our stay — worth mentioning. The hotel location is easily accessible to tramways, just a few metres away, and it is in a central location.

Cons: We have no negative experience.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I especially want to mention the reception staff — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will be happy to return in the future!

Great stay

Pros: Staff were very friendly and put in a lot of effort to make me comfortable. The location depending on what you like was quite good (busy part of the city so close to a lot of landmarks but which also meant noisy)

Cons: The facility looked just as in the picture but in reality was quite dated and could benefit from some refreshing.

Pros: I liked the interior design of our room, the proximity to restaurants and shops. The staff were also very nice.
