Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, one I won’t forget anytime soon. I will definitely book again. The Grand Bazaar is within walking distance, which makes the location ideal, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Overall a good stay, it could get more stars if some problems were solved
Pros: Memeth and the cleaning lady are very available and gentle. The room was ok because they removed the single bed that I didn't need. The position is good enough, even if not exactly close to the Marmaray line. At night, it was peaceful, and I had a good sleep. The area is full of little shops, and there are laundries and other services around.
Cons: The neighbourhood isn't very nice. Across the street from the building is another ugly building, with a dilapidated house, and almost no direct natural light comes in. The kitchen may work, but it's dangerous. The wires are exposed, and the outlets are all close to the faucet, making it feel unsafe. The single chair in the building has a nail sticking out of the upholstery. It hurt my butt and tore holes in my pants in several places before I realised it. The front door was damaged, and the walls aren't soundproof, so much so that you can hear someone breathing in the hallway. People are coming and going at all hours; the apartment across the street was very busy.

Unbeatable
Pros: First of all, the staff is 24/7 through the roof to provide one with a pleasant stay. We were greeted by Mehmet who showed us around and organise our logistics, but all the other people whom we met during our stay were also great. The rest - location, price, cleanliness - I don't need to describe, you won't be able to find the same combo.
Cons: The toilet was unstable and should be fixed. Nothing else!

Loved my stay
Pros: The Hosts very so friendly and helpful! Every little Problem they help to solve. The things they recommend were really good and you felt very welcomed. The rooms were very clean. The Breakfast restaurant right in Front of it is super Good.

Cleanliness, location, friendly staff, and value for money.
Pros: This hotel is a perfect price-performance option for families and couples visiting Istanbul. It is only a 3–4 minute walking distance from the Grand Bazaar and within 10–15 minutes on foot from all major tourist attractions. There are restaurants open around the clock nearby, as well as a tram line that provides easy access to everywhere. The hotel’s internet was extremely fast. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water were provided in the room, and we could request more whenever we wanted. The rooms were very spacious and clean; cleanliness is very important to me, so I appreciated the fresh linens. I would like to thank the hotel staff, Mehmet and Sefa, for being available at any hour of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm welcome. I will definitely return.

Recommended!
Pros: -The best part of the stay is the owner of the lodging, he is super friendly and sincere. He gave us lots of tips to explore the area. He also arranged for airport transfer, helped us with our luggages and frequently asked us what we need when we bumped into him in the building. -The room size is quite big. -Daily housekeeping just like a hotel. -There's even a safe in the bedroom. -Close to many attractions. -Nice and cheap breakfast place just below the building.
Cons: -There is no lift, but I think this is common in that area. The owner helped to lift our luggages (luckily we only stayed on the 2nd floor). -No cot provided, but the owner kindly added a bed so we could link the beds together.

Excellent apartments at a reasonable price!
Pros: Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The position of the apartments is strategic. 5 min walk from Grand Bazaar and only 1,3 KM from Sultanahmet. All the area is surrounded by restaurants and (of course) shops for shopping. Then Mehmet. He gave us great hospitality and kindnes! We enjoy our stay so much!
