Great stay amazing staff

Pros: The area and staff were so nice and helpful especially the receptionists day and night staff. The facilities were so nice

The staff were hospitable and bought me a cake for my birthday.

Pros: The breakfast was great, a proper Turkish spread. The location was near attractions such as the Blue Mosque. The staff particularly Robert were great, it was my birthday and Robert noticed from my passport and bought me a cake which I found to be a very kind gesture which I appreciated greatly.

Cons: I was happy with everything and have no complaints.

Pros: I had an amazing time staying here for 3 weeks. The guys at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful, vest staff. Mohammed and Ahmed made sure my stay was pleasant and they went out of their way to make me feel conformable. Really really great staff at the front desk I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again Mohammed and Ahmed and colleagues 10 stars!

Pros: Customer service was superb, felt like family, specially brother Muhammad was amazing helped so much. Cold water and tea coffee available 24/7 at reception and decent size seating area too. Wash and dry clothes service in house. Right advice for anything asked.

Pros: Amazing spot in Istanbul! Me and my parents were amazed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Bedroom was very clean and comfy, breakfast was superb. Cats have been an amazing and never bothering companionship! We recommend staying here to all visitors of Istanbul: you will for sure find a hotel that combines Turkish culture with international and friendly policies of staying, which is perfect to make a true Istanbul experience without missing the feeling of being at home! Fantastic

Pros: It was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and housekeeping everyday. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and they gave us free water bottles for the room every time we asked.
