Great stay and very much worth the price

Pros: Great stay. Loved the room. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Location was ideal. Staff very helpful and kind

Pros: This facility is very good, we are satisfied, very clean and tidy. The location is good, tram station is close. Friendly staff, they respond quickly to messages. All recommendations for this accomodation.

Pros: Everything is crisp clean, amazing experience for the money. I have been in Istanbul 7 times, so far this is the best value for money. I would say the location is historical, entry and exit are easy. Taxis are near by, also great spots for market, food and sweets.

Cons: Location is in the Bayazit area, you exit at that station and walk downhill. It is really in not touristy neighbourhood. I would recommend this to younger people and young couples since there is some hill to climb in the morning. Like 10 minutes uphill.

Great value, clean and good staff.

Pros: Very nice place we liked it more than other places which we paid more for. The decor is amazing and it was very clean. The host was great, polite and attentive.

Pros: I stayed in two different rooms with my son. We both loved the rooms The smaller and the bigger The best thing about the place is the interior design and the fact that it was very clean. It's located perfectly As for me great 😃 because near by there is even a playground where my child loved to spend his time..apart of the visiting part :)

Pros: The staff was very helpful and welcoming even before our arrival. Our communication was excellent! The room was very clean and well-decorated, though a bit small. Although the location of the hotel seemed to be on a busy street , it was quiet and we enjoyed our sleep. Furthermore, it was really close to all the main attractions and the centre, which made it very convenient.

Cons: It wasn't that spacious. I'm afraid that if we had stayed more than two nights it wouldn't have been that comfortable.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the communication with the hotel was excellent at all times.

Cons: There was nothing negative to mention. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Really lovely hotel. The room was quite small but cozy, well-kept, and always clean. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. But the real highlight was the service: 24/7 availability, the option to book various experience packages, and a very kind staff. A special mention for Hadi – he was incredibly kind and extremely helpful in assisting us with everything we needed, from information to activity planning.\

Best staff

Pros: The service was the best! The staff, specially Hadi, were amazing, very very helpful and nice. They made our stay the most comfortable and always making their best to make us feel like at home. The room is also very nice, beautiful and very clean

Charismatic place with friendly staff in the middle of Istanbul

Pros: Charismatic place very close to the centre of Istanbul. The room was clean and quiet and everything worked as expected. The staff were super friendly - they checked in at multiple points prior to our arrival to make sure we were okay and knew how to get there, and helped us whenever we needed during our stay.

Cons: The room was a little small, but enough space for a small wardrobe, a tea counter, a double bed and bathroom. There wasn’t a lift so make sure to mention to the staff that you would prefer the ground/ first floor if you have heavy luggage. The walk back to the place from the centre/ closest tram may feel a bit unsafe for solo foreigner traveller. However, overall the place was a gem of a find given its price, and ultimately these shortcomings didn’t bother us much.
