Good hotel, nice staff

Pros: Nice and friendly staff who even offered us free tea while we were sitting in the reception area. Beautiful view from both the breakfast area and the room. Good breakfast, nice room, and a good location.

Cons: The towels are quite old. Although the bathroom is modern and nice, the shower is in need of renovation.

Cons: There were some problems with the window (it was noisy and cold from the outside) but we were offered an another room without any extra payment.

Pros: The location is really good Just literally a couple of meters from the river but also not more than 10 minutes walking from T1 which is transportation that connects with buses and metros. It's also the same street full of money exchanges at a good price and no commission The same block of the hotel has zillions of restaurants for all tastes and budgets The hotel itself was pretty clean , cozy , and had all we might need The breakfast was amazing and the views beautiful Thanks so much for having us

Pros: There were 11 of us in the hotel for 5 nights. The rooms were very nice, the bathroom the same, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff and the boss! They were simply fantastic. They made us feel at home. Thanks again for everything! Maybe we will see each other again.

Pros: The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the main attractions as Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar. Also the metro station and tram station are 15 min away by walk. From there you can go to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Around the hotel you can find many shops for gifts. The hotel staff is very kind and help you anytime you need with all the information. The room was cleaned every day, changing our towels and adding 2 bottles of water daily. The breakfast was so tasty, from eggs, butter, ham, cheese to sweets, Turkish tea and coffee. The view from there is just amazing, watching the beauty of Istanbul. I really recommend this hotel and I would love to return again.
