Pros: The staff was very friendly,,,Gencay went extra mile helping with transport to most Iconic places and made me understand Instanbul map..he understand english also. There is Restaurant downstairs to chill till late and offer amazing food.

Cons: I was happy and satisfied.

Pros: Everything was value of money. One word, it's worth for money

Pros: The hotel is new, the personel and specialy the manager îs a very nice and helpfull person. Everything was clean, rooms are equiped with all you need. If you have things to do in that area this îs best choice for accomodation.

I was generally satisfied with my stay with a few hiccups which weren't anything major.

Pros: The stuff was very friendly but were struggling to communicate and understand the question. They were trying to be helpful though. They managed to provide what I wanted at the end For example the iron for clothes.

Cons: The staff was helpful but not very competent. The first night was very bumpy because somebody had put sleep timer on the AC so it kept switching off every 1 hour. The staff didn't know how to fix it. I managed to fix it myself next day after a bit of trial and error. Staff often said that help is on the way which actually wasn't there until 30 minutes later or so.

Cons: There's smoking allowed in the rooms. The only minus point in our opinion
