Pros: We appreciate the conditioner, Nazlı and all staff. We enjoyed staying there. They upgraded our room and we could stay bit more comfortably.

Great Hotel💖

Pros: I love the pool and my room view and how there’s is a gym I’m so keen on fitness.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, clean, and pleasant. The bedding is comfortable, and housekeeping is done properly every day. The reception staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which is truly appreciated.

Cons: However, there are some important negative points that should be mentioned. Upon our arrival, there was no bellboy. We arrived by car right in front of the hotel entrance, yet no one came to welcome us or help with our luggage. I had to go to the reception myself to inform them that I had luggage, and I was simply told to bring it on my own, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this level. In addition, the restaurant manager (his name is Omur, if I am not mistaken) was extremely rude and aggressive, not only with us but also with other guests. Even before entering the restaurant for breakfast, he kept ordering guests to hurry up, repeatedly announcing that the restaurant would close at 9:55. He then walked from table to table every few minutes, reminding guests of the remaining time in a very unpleasant manner. On our first day, at 10:05, while my friend and I were still eating and drinking tea, he asked us to leave the restaurant after only a few minutes, in a rude and disrespectful way. This behavior is unacceptable; we are in a hotel, not a police station. It is really necessary for him to change the way he speaks to guests, as this attitude seriously affects the overall experience, despite the hotel’s positive aspects.

Worth for the money, will come back

Pros: The service was great. All staff was very attentive, the lady receptionist and the Guest relations manager were amazing. Very efficient, informative and true professionals. Sorry I didn't make an effort to take the names, although I was expecting to be writing a review. The young lady receptionist was very good looking with a nice smile and red lips. The Guest relationship manager looked very smart and was very polite.

Cons: The mattresses were comfy, although the twin beds were a bit narrow. A generator outside the hotel was causing some noise and when I explained to the GRM that I was a light sleeper she arranged a different room and some extras. I slept like a log afterwards. GRM lady followed up. She acknowledged us whenever she met us around the hotel and offered us drinks. A true professional and a kind hearted lady.

Pros: Great staff , breakfast, gym and the spa facilities are very nice . The suites are very clean and spacious!

Pros: The beautiful design, every detail was in its place! Cozy and comfortable rooms! Perfect employees, they fulfilled our wishes to the last detail!

Pros: Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Sobarice svaki dan ciste sobu,ostavljaju kao znak paznje ukrašene peškire ili poruke. Kad sno odlazili u kolima nas je čekao lunch box. Sobu su nam unapredili u apartman. Sve je bilo divno.
