Very good value for money
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, specially Müjde and Duygu from the reception were very friendly and professional. The location (view) and the breakfast were exceptional and amazing. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, özellikle resepsiyondaki Müjde ve Duygu çok güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Konum (manzara) ve kahvaltı olağanüstü ve harikaydı.
Cons: The WiFi was not working in the first 2 nights. The location is very difficult and costy if you don't have a car.

A delightful romantic surprise with breathtaking views and an unforgettable served breakfast
Pros: When I saw the price for two nights and noticed the overall rating of around 7.1 on Booking, I was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience. However, upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised — the bungalow, the staff, and the stunning view were all very appealing. Our stay started with a delightful surprise: a generous breakfast for just the two of us. Overall, it was a great experience, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Cons: It’s such a lovely place with a great location and a beautiful view of the lake! It’s just a bit of a shame that some minor maintenance has been overlooked. With a little extra attention to cleanliness and a few small repairs, it could be absolutely perfect.

Nice view
Pros: Location. It is difficult to reach but with a very nice view. The barbecue was excellent. They gave us suhur instead of breakfast as it was ramadan we really appreciate.
Cons: Needs some renovations or a bit of refreshing, especially in the kitchen and its appliances, and the bathtub in the room. The staff hardly speak any English, so communication can be difficult if you don't know some Turkish, but they are friendly, especially the guy in the restaurant

Pros: The design of the place great and very quiet even a nice breakfast 😋
Cons: Part of the road to the resort needs asphalting, and the resort is large and requires a golf cart to move around. The employees are not fluent in English.

Nice stay with beautiful Sapanca Lake view
Pros: Beautiful located bungalows but road a bit challenging. Very relaxing place with view on Sapanca lake. Our little holiday home was very comfy, specially bed. Staff very nice but you can find language barier- good to know a bit Turkish. Check in and check out very smoothly. What definitely for big plus- delicious breakfast with lots options.

Pros: La vue incroyable une cheminée qui rend magnifique le lieu
Cons: Les équipements dégradés comme le pommeau de douche qui tenait pas le parquet s’enfonçait les rideaux ne tenait pas correctement la porte cassée bref plein petit détail qui fait que c’était pas ouf

Pros: الاطلالة جدا جميله و المطعم جميل ، تصميم الاكواخ شي رائع يستاهل التجربة
Cons: وجدت صعوبة في تشغيل سخان المياه وطلبت اكثر من مره المساعدة عشان يشغلوه ولاكن للاسف جلست اكثر من 4 ساعات انتظر المياه الدافئة في الحمام واخيرا اشتغلت موظفين الاستقبال يعني كان شويه جاف واخلاقه على قده

انصح بالاستجمام وراحة البال فيه
Pros: مكان الاقامه جداً جميل ومنطقة امان والطريق اليها سهل جداً مسافة 10 دقايق وانت في وسط المدينة وبالقرب من السوبر ماركت والاحتياجات اليوميه طبعاً في ايام شتاء جهزو لي المدفأة واشعلو النار والكوخ كان مساحته جميله جداً
Cons: بعض من موظفين الاتسقبال لايتحلون بالأخلاق كونه موظف استقبال والافطار ماكان بالشكل المطلوب ولاكنن يفي بالغرض
