Pros: The hotel is great! It deserves way more than 3 stars! Everything is brand new, looks like it was very recently renovated! It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!! The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.

Pros: The location is good since it overlooks spancha lake. It has a good swimming pool. The breakfast and the area where we take our breakfast (overlooks the lake). They provide free to use bikes. The room has a good safty Box.

Cons: The Hotel is not well maintained. One of our room has a bath room with broken lock. The tv has only one channel. When they cleaned the room they did not add tea and coffee bags. One of rooms curtines is cut. The rooms are and bath room are very small.

It was for my honeymoon.

Pros: Everything . We ask for decorations for our room and it was very nice. Very hospitality very welcoming very good staff. Very helpful. We feel we are between our family

Pros: La ubicación es literalmente inmejorable, con unas hermosas vistas al lago. El buffet variado y delicioso, y muy bien integradas las zonas de restaurante con los jardines y la piscina. Ideal para pasar un días de relax. Muy agradecidos a la manager.

Cons: Salvando excepciones, el manejo del inglés entre el personal del hotel es mejorable.

Pros: من افضل الاماكن اللي سكنتها بتركيا فاق التوقعات حجزي كان غرفتين رقوه من عندهم لسويت بغرفتين وغرفه منفرده عددنا كان 5 تعامل الموظفين كان في قمة الرقي وبروفشنال لما جينا اعتذروا منا ان بكرا بيكون فيه عرس بالفندق وازعاج المكان اطلالته تجنن والفطور عندهم متنوع واذا اخذت فطورك تقعد ويجيبون لك شاي جديد الانترنت ممتاز وخدمة الغرف ممتازه جنب الفندق يسار بزار ومطاعم وكافيهات عالبحيرة تجنن مسافة مشي دقيقتين

Pros: تعامل الموظفين بالفندق وبالاخص الاخت التركيه تتكلم عربي تقدم الافطار فندق محترم للامانه
