Great place for family gatherings

Pros: Family hotel, the food, the rooms, special indoor swimming pool for ladies, kids friendly hotel.

Great relaxing vacation.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I came back because I had a good experience before and defiantly it will not be the last.

Good but I will not visit again

Pros: We had a problem with the room temperature and the air conditioning wasn't cooling, so I wanted to cancel my reservation. Ms. Nabila (Relationship Officer) offered us many rooms, but unfortunately the air conditioning system in the resort is bad. She tried for more than 3 hours to find us a satisfactory room. She gave us a 10% discount on massages, offered us a free bowling alley, and offered us a cold drink and a late checkout to make up for the lost time. All of this was in an attempt to satisfy the guest and make their stay comfortable. Honestly, she deserves a higher position than this for her wisdom and professional approach in absorbing the guest's anger.

Cons: The resort is expensive for the quality, at $304 (1150 riyals). • It's very crowded, so you don't get to enjoy the buffet or the facilities. • Dinner only lasts two hours, so you'll find a large crowd in the restaurant and no place to sit. • You're only allowed one drink in the restaurant. • The air conditioning is hot. • The bowling alley is out of service. • Many rooms don't have a good view, unfortunately.

Pros: We had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The food was very delicious, and the buffet was rich and satisfying at every meal. We would especially like to thank the guest relations team for their warm welcome and for calling us in advance with helpful information. Their professionalism made a great impression. Special thanks to Ms. Aya, Ms. Fatma, and Ms. Nebile. Their knowledge of Arabic was a great help to us, and they supported us in every way throughout our stay. The hotel’s natural surroundings, fresh air, and forest walking trails were incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in nature.

Pros: The hotel is located on the hill side with very nice courtyard and pool. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Just too few area to hang clothes and towels. We enjoy the breakfast and dinner, and it provides free tea time too. Overall food is good, the variety for meat and carbohydrates options can be enhanced. We ate few kofte which are not fully cooked. Desserts are good and better than expected. As the outdoor slide pool not open yet, we went to indoor swimming pool which is enough for my daughter to have fun. We went on weekdays so most of the facilities are empty. Women hamman is nice but the toilets are far. There is a little trail walk in the forest opposite to the hotel. Overall the hotel is good, and we are happy to recommend it.

Pros: Everything, fabulous service all around. Hotel was very clean, foods were always great, spa facilities were top quality. They were so kind to give us extra offers due to our honeymoon. Ms. Nabila was very helpful and generous to offer late exit.

Cons: Nothing major, in some occasions waiters tried to pick up the dishes before asking to us.

Cons: Took my car as a vale but they bring all cars very dirty Why you put the cars out while you have got otopark!! Our clean cars was really worse
