Review of Theodosius Hotel

Pros: I stayed at this hotel from December 3rd to December 14th 2025 . The hotel has an excellent location: 3 minutes from the metro station, 5 minutes from the tram stop, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The reception staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The housekeeping staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very clean, with daily cleaning. Truly impressive. The breakfast is very good, but there is a lack of variety, as the same food is served throughout the entire stay. Overall, it was a very good experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Pros: WOW! What an Experience! 10/10! I booked Theodosius Hotel in Istanbul for my mom and I’m SO impressed! My mom is older and not very familiar with technology, so when she couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, I reached out to the hotel. They were absolutely amazing, they said they would call her room right away to help. She wasn’t in the room at the time, but they promised to assist her as soon as she got back, and they did! 🙌 My mom felt so well taken care of. She said the staff were incredibly kind, the room was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was great, right in the center and close to the Marmaray train. I’m so grateful. What wonderful people. Highly recommend!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🙏🏻

Pros: The reception stuff was pretty friendly and gentle. They're comfortably speaking in a variety of languages on a required level. They were very kind and willing to help in any situation. Their approach to work gave us only positive emotions. Thanks to all the staff for their careful and respectful attitude!

Cons: The only disadvantage I would like to pick up is the door between a sleeping room and toilet. It may be a little bit difficult to open it sometimes.
