Pros: The hotel was clean and Dilan at the reception was very nice and helpful. Always smiling. Loved her for that. Sauna was nice as well.

Cons: The first guy at checkin didn't seem happy and took his time to speak to us He didn't seem friendly at all. Breakfast could be a little better but manageable.

Pros: We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room simply because one was available on the upper floor, and it made our stay truly unforgettable. The room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and waking up to the sunrise over the sea was magical. The view, the birds, and all the changing colors in the morning created a perfect start to the day. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. After long walks exploring this beautiful city, it was incredible to come back and relax in the sauna and swimming pool. The reception staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We had a wonderful time and truly fell in love with both the hotel and Istanbul. We will definitely be back.

Pros: had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was honestly perfect. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived for a very late check-in, but the staff were there and handled everything quickly and professionally. The check-in process was very fast, and the room was perfect — exactly as I had requested. The location is excellent, with easy access to tram, metro, and bus stops. Even though the street is quite busy during the day, it becomes very quiet at night, which made it perfect for sleeping. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Overall everything was good. The staffs were too friendly. The spa facilities were really great to escape from the turkey winter.

Cons: The breakfast spread was much more but could have improved the quality and taste.The breads were hard and the juice machine was always empty.

Cons: The massages are a bit pricey and the pool is a bit small, the fruit and meat products for breakfast could be better.

Pros: The location and breakfast is amazing! Very close to the public transport. The breakfast is very nice! There are many options to choose from.

Cons: Each night a bad smell came out of the air ventilation.

Pros: The breakfast is varied. The pool and spa area is ok, not very large. The location is close to tram station.

Cons: We received a triple room even if we ordered a double. We did not need the additional bed, it just crowded the room. There is no place where you can put your clothes. The wardrobe doesn’t have any shelves, just a few hangers which are definitely not enogh for two people. The view was directly to a wall. The place could have been cleaner (the bathroom especially).
