Amazing hospitality and great value

Pros: Amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming, especially Mustafa! They also let you store bags after you check out of you have a late flight. Turkish hospitality Great location close to everything and for an amazing price, with a good buffet breakfast as well! Don't expect a luxury hotel, but it's top of its class.

Cons: There can be quite a lot of street noise so pack earplugs.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our group. The service was excellent and everyone was very attentive and helpful. A special thanks to Tolga, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything - from our luggage and check-in to exploring Istanbul. His support truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Otel Yenikapı. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the overall comfort made me feel completely at home. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to move around the city. A special thanks to Tolga, who was extremely welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. He speaks English very well, which made communication effortless, and he even prepared the best tea I had during my entire trip — better than many places outside. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: What a great welcoming staff with their brilliant services. I’ll definitely book the same hotel for my next travel 💯. Absolutely prime location, neat and clean room as really expected. Kind and polite staff, absolute fresh, neat and tasty their traditional breakfast and specially their Turkish tea. Easy to commute to the main places through buses, tram and metro from the hotel. It was just brilliant experience to stay in Orel Yenikapi as I already started missing.

Pros: It was in a lively area in Istanbul where everything can be bought easily. The transport was so easy and near to most landmarks. The staff were going above and beyond to facilitate your stay.

Cons: Towels and bedsheets need to be more clean. It is old and stained. The cleaver is not doing the right job. After cleaning the toilets and room floor still dirty and agents not changing the bed.
