Pros: The hotel is newly refurbished, and we stayed in the King Suite located on the underground floor. The building has an elevator. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It is a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms equipped with bidets—one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room. Although it is a hotel, it felt very much like an apartment, which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was equipped with complete kitchen amenities, including a kettle, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The living room had two sofas and a large LCD TV. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent.

Cons: One small downside was that the lighting was quite poor, especially in the kitchen area.

Really pleasant stay- lovely room and facilities.

Pros: Location was really central and perfect. Staff were kind and helpful. And the place was really well furnished and clean (we stayed in the King Suite on -1 floor) making it a lovely stay.

Cons: Nitpicking here- but Ventilation fan in bathrooms were incredibly loud.

Best hotel in Old City Sultanahmet

Pros: The best hotel, best service, highly recommend, very comfortable room, best experience and brilliant breakfast. location is very convenient near Metro M2 and Tram1 from other side

Cons: Teapot a little bit strange boiling too hot model itself not suitable and steam goes through hands when trying to spill to cup.

Second stay, still amazing!

Pros: This is my second time staying here and it’s just as perfect as before. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is excellent. Feels like home every time.

Cons: Nothing at all—everything was great.

Pros: Quite good location, close to subway and Marmaray, in a walking distance to several restaurants, few tram stops to Hagia Sophia (it could be reached walking in 30 minutes). Few groceries in a close proximity. Nice breakfasts.

Cons: Some of the furniture and decorations were worn out, but still usable. No major reservations.

The location is perfect—close to public transport and major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Cons: The hotel only offers dry cleaning and ironing services—there’s no self-service laundry or iron in the room if you prefer to do it yourself.

Good quality for the price, would recommend.

Pros: Very pleasant stay, comfy room, great public transit connection with Yenikapı station nearby. Got an upgrade for a better room too.

Cons: A/C in the room was difficult to set right, sometimes it could get a bit cold in the room. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
