UMA close and clean but walls super thin

Pros: The hotel is quite close to the airport which is a good option to wait during the flight layover. But transfer was the price of the room… clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Cons: The walls are this as paper. I was traveling with kids and the was a sex-date next door and the sounds were not ambiguous. I was embarrassed to explain to the kids the choice of the hotel and all the sounds from outside were clearly heard even in the shower room.

Excellent & Clean

Pros: Staff member Ms. Sevde was very accommodating and helpful. She provided truly incredible customer service. As a Branch Manager myself in one of the big companies in Singapore, I can confidently say that she has exceptional skills in dealing with customers. She also helped us by allowing us to bring two large boxes, as we were still traveling to Cappadocia, which would have been quite a hassle otherwise. Thumbs up to Ms. Sevde! — Jasmin, Singapore

I use their taxi services to go to and from the airport. Feel safe and they where always on time

Pros: Close to the Airport, reception staff was very nice, helpful and polite.

Cons: Too noisy

It was a good stay for the amount i paid and i wasn’t worried about the airport transfers.

Pros: Clean, appropriate facilities like lift, warm water, clean towels, and room service. Provides timely airport transfers. Though i felt a little bit expensive but was worth to avoid the hassle.

Cons: Just my personal opinion. Menu is a little expensive. The carpet is the hallway isn’t fitted properly and is a fall risk I tripped a few times but fortunately didn’t fall. The location though near airport but isn’t great.

Pros: Close to airport, easy and convenient way to get there, cozy little hotel

Great place to stay for a layover in Istanbul

Pros: Perfect for a layover in Istanbul. We got the H6 bus from the airport and it was so handy and dropped us across the road. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great after a days travel.
