Great place!! 10/10
Pros: Price - quality Top!! The personal were very friendly and kind, beds really comfy, hot water, heater and even AC. There is also all types of public transport by walking distance, you can reach the metro, tram and busses. There are a lot of restaurants and stores around. Breakfast was also really good, they have a variety of food and drinks. I can only recommend this place. I stayed 4 nights 5 days for reference.

Pros: Everything was great – the place was very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only small suggestion for improvement would be that the breakfast could be a bit better. Highly recommended!

Decent, not too bad
Pros: - staff was nice and this made our stay better -good water pressure and warm water always -Clean bedsheets -Close to the metro to reach the touristic areas
Cons: The room was very small, meaning that you cannot open a large trolley in the room. We were mostly outside exploring the city but still. Area doesn't look very well but this is obviously not the hotel's fault, but wouldn't return If you are not interested in the bazaar and shopping, you should reconsider a different area

Pros: The staff is very nice and respectful. The hotel itself met our needs and expectations. We loved the location since everything is close, like metro, lots of fast food places, pharmacies, shops, etc. It is very clean and well kept.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Aksaray
Pros: A perfect stay in Aksaray: friendly and professional staff, very hospitable atmosphere, clean and quiet hotel with cosy rooms. Breakfast is exceptional, and the location couldn’t be better, just steps from Aksaray tram, Yenikapı metro and Marmaray, with plenty of shops and restaurants all around.

Cons: We did not have hot water every time we wanted to shower and had to wait for them to switch it on. Room was very small.

Modern, comfortable and welcoming.
Pros: The property was clean and comfortable and not far from the places we needed to visit. Breakfast times were good, could have a good rest and get up at a comfortable time and still have breakfast. Bed was comfy and amenities were modern. The owner and his family were very nice and very helpful and were able to give an early check in. Modern and comfortable hotel.

Pros: We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great many options to choose from, perfect for starting the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real bonus during the warmer days. The hotel’s location was super convenient close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
Cons: One thing to note: the view from our room wasn’t anything special, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Also, we had a bit of trouble paying by cards at the checkout, so I’d recommend settling your bill a day early to avoid any last-minute stress. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back
