Pros: I love eveything. The area nearby and it's accessibility, the room warmness and was Premium. The staff were all super hospital.

Very good for price.

Pros: Reception staff. Gentleman at night shift and Kardelen in morning shift were quick to sort out anything for us. Easy access to everything.

Cons: Breakfast is ok.

Was lovely and would recommend staying here if you would be needing to use the Marmaray line often.

Pros: Location to Yenikapi metro within walking distance as well as the Aksaray metro which is on the Blue T1 line which makes accessing major tourist attractions around Sultanahmet much easier considering it is a bit further away from this area, which is a major plus for the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a lost baggage issue with our airline and the staff were very helpful in assisting us to communicate with the airline and retrieving the luggage timeously.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty standard and not alot of options available, but this generally is the standard we have become accustomed to in Turkiye, so nothing that we weren't expecting. All in all it was satisfactory and and not a major issue.

Pros: The hotel is very well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness in all areas and rooms always tidy and pleasantly scented. The staff is one of the highlights: extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to meet every request with a smile. The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast is good, although with a few small improvements it could be perfect, for example by offering a wider selection. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for its service quality, cleanliness, and attention to guests. I would definitely return!

Cons: The only slightly negative aspect is the location, which is not very central, but still manageable.

Cons: I was looking for my shoe and ended up looking under my bed. There were so many things under there, like someone just swept everything under the bed.

Good hotel.

Pros: The hotel is located near Yenikapı metro station, which is very convenient! We came for business, so it was very practical for us. For those visiting just for sightseeing — it’s not the city center, but it’s not the outskirts either. There’s a pharmacy, grocery stores, and so on nearby. So if you’re traveling for work and the location suits you, go ahead and book it with confidence.

Cons: The furniture in the room is outdated and scratched. The bed linen, although clean, is old and has holes in it. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly — it’s really inconvenient. Breakfast is very “boring” — the only hot options are fried eggs and lentil soup (not sure who eats lentil soup for breakfast). There’s also almost nothing for dessert. In short, the breakfast could be much better.

Pros: It was a marvelous experience! Special thanks to Kardelen, Mert and Ahmed for the details and service! It was my mother´s birthday and I asked for a small candle at the breakfast for her, however we did not expect a fruit plate in our room as well as a courtesy from the hotel. All the stuff is great, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was good with a good variety comparing with other hotels in the area. It is also close to the metro station which is comfortable when you come late from the airport.

Cons: We were awaiting for a bigger room, as my mother wakes up earlier and we wanted to have some space in the morning. Nevertheless, it was okay for a two-night stay. I think it would be perfect for couples. There is nothing to complain about!
