Great location

Pros: Nice clean hotel. Rooms were to a good standard. Lovely fresh scents. Staff were friendly. Great location right oppersite Star City Mall

Cons: The Spa was having refurbishments, so was unable to use the soa facilities, but the gym was available, and the pool reopened a day before we checked out. Breakfast options were the same every day.

Pros: This is our third time and the location is superb , nothing to worry very clean and very comfortable and wen we come again for the fourth time we will book GONEN and the guest Relation Managers the lady she was so kind to use and my 5year old daughter and for others also she was very kind and she do her job perfectly. And the reception staff also so kind and helpful.

Pros: It's was really better than expected, the staffs from the hotel were very receptive and kind willing for help me! I'm highlighting Furkan, the receptionist which helped me too get the best hotel room. I'm really impressed.

Pros: The staff manager Sehlia was incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring we felt welcome and cared for. Fatih and AFA showed great professionalism and was always ready to help with a smile.

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable beds and relaxing sofa. Small balcony with table and chair for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Cons: Minimal shower gel and bathroom toiletries. Had to keep asking Housekeeping for supplies. Reception declined to offer a water jug when requested.
