Pros: Amazing friendly and caring staff especially Mr cihan. He was very professional and kind through out our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall 10/10 for entire staff. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

Pros: Although the room was cold, the staff immediately arrived to fix the conditioner after the request and it was made warm after all. The staff at reception is nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful.

Cons: There wasn't any iron in the room. Location of the hotel is quite remote from the public transport facilities, so when asked the clerk about any convenient route to the Sabiha Gokce Airport with public transport, there wasn't any reasonable answer.

Pros: Ece in Pullman reception made sure my accommodation was up to standard and informed me about all the facilities in the hotel. Superb service, hygiene, and quality.

Cons: The area of the hotel is not as nice, but I believe this is true for almost all locations in Istanbul.

poor location but nice hotel and facilities

Pros: The rooms and the breakfast were good. The bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. nice Turkish coffee from the lounge area.

Cons: The service at the front counter and the concierge were terrible. possible language barrier. the location of this property is terrible. its not close to any nice shops or restaurants with lovely cobblestone lanes etc.

Cons: everything ok ... maybe a little noise from trafic even i had a room at higher level ( not very good windows ) i didn't received an invoice ... yet, and i sent a lot of emails ... :(
