Best Western Plus Hotel & Residences Istanbul

Pros: Everything was nice and comfortable. Cleaning stuff comes every day,very nice and helpful.Especially Esra,she is very helpful and kind lady.Reception staff as well.Smiling and helpful.

Was very happy with the stay .

Pros: Walking distance to bus stop . Eatery, supermarket nearby . All staff are polite and helpful especially the male manager.

Cons: Nothing negative! Room maids also very helpful and polite.

Decent place to stay

Pros: Rooms are fine with some cook facilities. Staff helpful . Location pretty good. Clean.

Cons: Shared gym pretty underwhelming. Closed early too .

Pros: The location is excellent . the hotel is clean and have all the household stuffs. Pool is great. It was great fun to stay. Peace and calm.

Comfortable and clean.

Pros: Good hotel, reception guy was amazing attnding us, very comfortable rooms. They even have cinema room. We couldn't try the swimming pool.

Cons: Gym was a bit small, but good enough. However, it was a bit hard to find, as we had to go through the whole parking.

Cons: there isn’t breakfast and facilities like sauna and steam room weren’t working during 3 days of staying

Pros: The staff are very helpful! The room is just like how it looks in the picture, clean and spacious. It is also very quiet and dark, and I had good sleep there.

Pros: everything was new and clean, the neighbourhood was a nice place

Cons: the service arrangement wasn't something they mentioned on website and it was because of it's a new hotel and they were still in starting position

Calme très bien chauffer climatisation disponible une dizaine de restaurants juste à côté.

Pros: Tout très propre tout équipé ( pas d’ustensiles de cuisine )
