North Macedonia 🇲🇰

Pros: The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is not on the main street, so there is not noise during the sleeping times. The staff is very helpful to help with any issue you might have. I had a confusion about the flight hour, so the receptionist immediately intervened with the air company and the issue was easily clarified after some direct discussion. The waiter Mohamed made our days happy with his warm smile and welcome :-) If the Istanbul jungle is too much for you, then in this hotel you can sleep well and enjoy the silence.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit very basic, could be improved.

Great hotel, even better staff

Pros: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Just a street away, there is a vibrant area with plenty of shopping and dining options. However, the best part of the hotel was the staff and their politeness and service. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

The good value for what you paid.

Pros: Everything was good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We took the breakfast plates to the room because we were with a child. There are only 8 parking places sometimes it is hard to find. The price is very good for the value you get.

Cons: There was not a mosquito net on the windows.

Clean place. Kind staff

Pros: Amazing staff. Murat is truly kind and helpful, and made sure I had an easy check in when I arrived. And everybody was helpful and there for you to help. The location is good. It’s in proper Istanbul, not the one you’re used to seeing in tourists’ photos.

Cons: I can’t think of anything.
