Pros: my room was near to the ascensor, so it's a little bit noisy but I am deep sleeper so no problem. Except that, the place is very good

Cons: the staff dont speak english

Pros: Best value for money. Strategically located close to metrobus, marmaray, restaurants and market very close withi 100 meter. Definitely will comeback. Thank you.

Pros: One person of staff speaks russian/english. Metrobus station not far, comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Good internet :)

Cons: Wrong map adress in booking, search in google maps (street is Pamuk Sk, not Hisar Sk, some min walking east). Need interior restoration or renovation, lighting and systems.

Pros: It’s possible to check in at any time. Place is close to airport. In the square you can find ATM, supermarket, restaurants etc.

Cons: Room is a bit old, but in general all good for 1-2 days stay.

Decent hotel, good wifi and great price

Pros: Quiet hotel in quiet area, was here for 5 days and I felt comfortable. Staff was friendly, I had asked them for an ironing board and they went out of their way to help. The location was good as it was a close taxi ride to the beach and seafront.

Cons: I can't think of anything. The hotel was nice and a good distance from the Convention Center where I was attending an event.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good wi-fi and very convenient place (easy to find and reach by public transport from both airports). Also a lot of cafes and shops all around nearby.

Value for money, 24-hours reception with English-speaking staff, average quality but acceptable.

Pros: 1. Location: It's not a touristy location, but it was close to all the places I was going to. 2. I gave them 10 out of 10 because I got what I paid for. However, please bear in mind that this place is not luxury; I would say 2-3 stars. Pictures are a bit deceiving, but reality isn't too bad if you set your expectations right. 3. English-speaking, friendly staff. 4. 24 hours of reception: I found this handy because I arrived around mid-night on the first day. 5. LCD TV with Turkish, English and Arabic channels, although the staff only knew about the Turkish channels :-)

Cons: 1. My room had a double bed with two single mattresses. The gap between the two mattresses widened overnight and made sleep a bit uncomfortable. Also, they can use a more comfortable mattress/pillow. 2. The room had three spare pillows with different firmnesses. I wanted to use the hard one, but it didn't fit in the provided pillowcase. Having spare pillows is good, especially if they are different firmness, but I don't see the point if they don't fit in the pillow case. 3. The place needs a bit of maintenance. It's nothing too bad, some sockets are wobbly, the shower is leaking a bit onto one floor corner.

A pleasant and welcoming hotel

Pros: The employees and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The 24-hour reception is always ready and there to help out. You are offered free tea and coffee in your room. The location is also really great and you are 2-minute walk from the public transport which is available 24/7 and connects you to most parts of the city very easily. The people at the reception are also super friendly, especially Mr. Fatih Bey who is so helpful and attentive to whatever a tourist might have difficulties with. Batuhan is also very friendly and can assist you if you only speak English, so language is not a problem in this hotel. The staff well over and beyond and helped me with so much during my 45-day stay. I will definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

A Nice Place To Stay

Pros: \
