I do really like the place and the area where is the hotel, and is worth the price I paid for my staying and I do strong

Pros: Good location, shops restaurants public all transports are located close to the hotel, room size is good and clean. And mainly the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Hotel is great for the sum I paid.

Pros: The staff were friendly. I requested for laundry services and they offered me even though they did not have in hotel.

Cons: Bed mattress were too hard, could not sleep.

Everything is good, you will not need more than that in this hotel.

Pros: The location of the hotel and the room is spacious, and there is a large window, and everything was clean, especially thanks to the host in the reception, Fatima was very nice and helped me in a lot of things, thank you.

Pros: I came with my family and we stayed for more than a week and we kept on extending our stay because the hotel and the location of the hotel is really nice and we even felt more comfortable because the staff was really friendly especially Ms.Fatima she was really helpful and did her best to help us and she gave us amazing prices and whenever we asked for help she was always there if we needed something and this is my second time staying here and I would definitely come back.

My Second home in Istanbul , Comfort and good value for mony.

Pros: For several years , I have come to Istanbul on a monthly basis, I tried many other hotels, including Inci chain hotels such as Express, Avcilar, Cnr Inci hotels, and Seyithan Palace. Royal Inci remains the best for all of them for many reasons such as : - Super friendly staff: especially Farida, Fatima, and Mohamed, I felt I was staying with family. - Great Location: Metrobus and bus stations are a few minutes walk , shops , market, and malls are around the spot , bim market is next door , the area is full of real Turkish life and people are away from tourists spots. - Reasonable prices : Compared with other hotels in the area , the hotel has reasonable rate and great value for money . - Good and clean facility : the rooms have basic furniture well maintained and cleaned in good shape,wifi almost great in all rooms.

Cons: Nothing special. Almost every thing is perfect, however, the lighting system in the rooms needs more improvement, as there is no light distribution panel or dimmer, so either to get room fully lighted or fully dark.

Pros: The staff were hospitable and made us comfortable throughout the stay.

Cons: Despite being advertised as air-conditioned, the room only had heating and lacked cooling facilities.

Excellent value given the very low price

Pros: The room was big enough for a single traveler, bathroom was also quite clean, The cleaning personnel and reception employees were all caring and helpful. I received room cleaning after two days even though I didn't need. Room is provided with every needed to have tea/coffee. It is located close to metrobus stop (Sefakoy) which can quickly take you towards the center in short time. There are shopping malls including outlets nearby, 8-12 mins by taxi. If you go for shopping to Istanbul, this is the best choice given the location and price.

Cons: The bed was hard. Matrass was not comfortable enough. Also, soundproofing is not so high level but overall good enough for my stay, and very good given the price.

It was amazing

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, near the market, Metrobus and the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly and respectful. The cleaning of the room is excellent, it is cleaned every day. As mentioned on their website about 24-hour service, it is actually the same.
