Very nice hotel.

Pros: The way Mr Ali and Emre tried their very best to help us.

Cons: On our last day, while enjoying breakfast we were asked to pay. (They could have waited when we are done, then we could have paid. Not while we are still eating.) Please bear in mind that we did have breakfast, lunch and buffet at your hotel and payment were done before or after.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and would recommend to my family and friends.

Pros: Enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I knew this stay was going to be enjoyable. The staff members were very courteous and welcoming. I came for the world powerlifting competition where my niece won a silver medal. The venue of the competition was also a grand place. I would also like to say that the person (cleaner) who was responsible for our floor (11th floor) needs to be recognised for his excellent and politeness service. I couldn't fault the service he afforded me and my family.

Cons: I would have welcomed the bar serving a pint of beer on draught instead of bottles.

Everything was excellent

Pros: Everything about my stay was excellent. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and professional, and especially Nura, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Just a small suggestion for breakfast – please consider adding more vegetarian options. Thank you.

Cons: Less option sof vegetarian.
