Very nice hotel

Pros: the location is great near the metro. in front there is a supermarket and lots of places to eat. the staff was so nice and polite.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Located just a few minutes walk from Metro and Metrobus stations in a bustling part of Istanbul with basic restaurants very close by and supermarket almost opposite. Just two Metro stops from Istanbul Exhibition Centre.

Value for money in a living and interesting area of the magic town of Bosphorus

Pros: The Hotel is in a very strategic place: near to the Metro station and in a very active and live suburb of the town, it is ideal for business and leisure trips. Quite easy to reach and with al comforts needed for your trip. Price is much better than other nearby similar structures

Cons: Some fittings have problems from time to time, and the refrigerator is not working well because hidden inside a cabinet where temperature raises quite high; also, the drawer in the desk was not working

The place is nice, the location is very good, there are markets and restaurants near the hotel!

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for the first time, I preferred to call the receptionist first because it was very close to the main street, it was in the morning, I felt that the receptionist working there spoke very racist, so I thanked him and hung up and made a reservation through booking.com, it is not appropriate to make a reservation by phone here, the way he spoke is bad! But I would like to say that when I checked in in the afternoon, there was a different person working at the reception and even the butler was very kind, the rooms were clean, I did not go down for breakfast, I do not know!

Cons: I just want to say that even if you are from a Central Asian country, you can still feel racism! For example, I am Turkmen, Uzbeks can be included in this! Everything else is fine!

Pros: Excellent customer service with smile . Near to all public transports Metro , bus with in 2 minutes. Surrounded with lots of restaurants and shoppings sites .

We especially want to thank the receptionist Beyrek — he was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist, and made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The hotel is also in a great location — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Thank you for the warm welcome! We will definitely come back again and recommend this place to our friends!
