Pros: Everything is so good. The staff is very kind and helpful, the room is very comfortable and clean. Easy to access to public transport and the bus to the airport. Totally recommend it.

Pros: All good. Personnel at hotel (reception) is very helpful and big thank you for them.

Pros: It's clean and has elevator, and ventilation, which are enough for me.

Cons: Refrigerator didn't work. No commode at all. Electric contact was completely broken and I used the one in the toilet that wasn't safe place for my pc. Personnel were not helpful to take suitcases up from the stairs in front of interance door which is dangerous if we don't take care.

Pros: I booked my stay three months in advance and got a fantastic deal—great value for the price! The location was ideal: a quiet, local neighborhood with no tourists, just real Turkish life. There are plenty of affordable, authentic restaurants around, where you can enjoy a full meal and ayran for under 120 lira. Shops and cafés stay open until late (around 2 a.m.). The metro is just a few minutes’ walk away and takes you directly to the old city and major ferry terminals. From there, it’s easy to reach the Asian side or the Princes’ Islands. There's also the metrobus nearby, connecting you to the rest of the city, including the main bus terminal on the Asian side. The room was basic but had everything I needed: clean, air-conditioned, a mini-fridge, desk, tea set, and private bathroom. For the price, it was more than fair. Staff were very kind and helpful—I’m a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back!

Cons: Personally, I didn’t experience any real issues during my stay. On the last day, another guest (also from Italy) was rude to the staff and complained about the area and the hotel. From what I saw, his main problem was that the neighborhood was local and not touristy—something I actually appreciated. The hotel is simple and you get exactly what you pay for, so if someone is expecting luxury in a budget hotel, they might be disappointed. The only minor inconvenience was a brief power outage one evening, but it affected the entire street, not just the hotel. It wasn’t a big deal at all.

Cons: Hard to find parking slot for the car, but this is typical for Istanbul.
