Adora Hotel

Pros: It was very good room for the price. Location of the hotel is phenomenal. Everyone in hotel was super nice.

A nice friendly budget hotel and close to main sites!

Pros: The staff are very nice people. They are very helpful. Loved the location. Close to main sites,the tram line, ATMs, currency exchange, shops of all sorts, the ferry port and hop on hop off bus. Liked the good sound proofing. I WOULD HAPPILY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Cons: The matress was a bit too firm.

Pros: It's a beautiful hotel in a good, central location. The room was very nice and clean, comfy bed. Also the staff was nice.

Cons: There could be some fresh fruit at breakfast.

Pros: Great location, good public transport connections. All sights five minutes from the hotel. Very friendly staff😉

Cons: to fix the toilet in the bathroom - I'm just suggesting, not criticizing😉

One of the gems in Istanbul

Pros: I liked the service and location of the hotel. Especially Mehmet and Mohamad, they were amazing and super friendly, which made our trip the best trip I have ever had in Turkey.

Cons: None, the place was amazing

Pros: Adora is a great budget hotel It is positioned perfectly for easy access to old city sights seeing and public transport.

Pros: The location was perfect, you can visit many attractions in walking distance and close to the hotel is a tram station from where you can connect easily to many other touristic areas. The staff was really respectful and friendly. After the check out they kept our baggage for the whole day at the reception. They also helped us with the city card of transport, which we turned back when we left. The rooms were average, ok for the price, quiet place. The breakfast was good, and we could have tea at any time of the day. The area was safe at any time of day and night. There are shops, restaurants, attractions, parks at walking distance. I would book again the same hotel.

Pros: The location is near metro and meddle of old market and sea side it clean and nice staff

Everything was OK except for the unpleasant episode above mentioned.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. Location is excellent. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Cons: I wanted to have a light dinner at the hotel one night. I ordered sarma (210 TL) and eggplant salad (120 TL). By mistake the waiter brought me Humus (200 TL) instead of the eggplant salad. I said it was OK but wanted the eggplant salad as well. In total 530 TL. I also had two teas. You know , the tea brought in those small glasses, the Turkish way The waiter showed me on his small computer that I had to pay 700 TL. I paid but told the manager that this was too expensive and that I was overcharged. Initially, the manager said that I also had two teas, which is true. But can two teas cost 170 TL? Usually they are given for free, especially at guests of the hotel. And I was also a guest of Adora Hotel. Then the manager said that the overcharge was tax. Probably, this is how they fool American tourists. In the USA the tax is added to the price, in Turkey, in Europe the tax is included in the price. If a pen, costs - let us say - 10 TL, you pay 10TL. Nothing is added. As I expressed my surprise, the manager said he would give me two baklavas. I turned them down as I do not like sweets. Finally, I paid 700 TL for three appetizers and left to my room very upset. I would have given the waiter a tip anyway, but I do not think the waiter should have taken his tip by himself. Pros: Fantastic Customer Service, well mannered staff, great location. In a nutshell shell everything was great. Thanks for giving us a good atmosphere at ur place.
