Exceptional Staff, Clean facilities, Comfortable

Pros: The Hotel is in the best location, close to everything and quiet neighbourhood, we requested a birthday surprise on arrival which was perfect and the cake was delicious! Our room was spotlessly clean and we had complimentary water, coffee and tea given on a daily basis. The staff welcomed us and explained everything thoroughly! Will definitely be the only place we book to stay when we visit again!

Pros: Overall we have an excellent stay! The stuff was really helpful and they cover all of our needs and questions. They also arranged a taxi to get us to the airport the day of the check out. The rooms were very interesting and nicely decorated, and cleverly themed. Everything was clean. The bed is in the soft side for anyone wondering. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our 4 day visit from start to finish!

Pros: Hotel Sultania staff are exemplars of Turkish hospitality at its best. The location is perfect, within a 10 minute walk of many of Istanbul’s famous landmarks and very close to many top rated restaurants.

Nice hotel in heart of old city

Pros: Hotel has nice location, in the heart of old city. Close to tram stop and port. Hotel is located in walking street, so it brings quite calm and protects from city noise. Great breakfast Very helpful staff

Cons: Bathroom doors and walls are literally glass even it's not transparent. It's not really comfortable design decision. Drinking water in small plastic not-reusable bottles. It was quite hot in our room, not enough ventilation...

Booking Photos don t match the rooms offered

Pros: It is a very clean hotel with nice breakfast and convenient location

Cons: The room given to us was not similar to the one we chose in booking. Significantly smaller without sofa. They said that they gave us a better one as it was on the 4th floor instead of 1st but that was indifferent for us. The hotel's view is a new hotel under constraction with a lot of noise.
