Pros: The hotel was in a good central location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Modern, clean, no issues with staff or amenities.

Pros: Location was very central but not too busy. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Cons: Room was too hot overnight and heater couldn’t be turned down as it was set to one temperature for the whole building.

Pros: Our room was exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be more central, everything we needed was within walking distance. What truly stood out, however, was the reception team. They were warm, attentive, and consistently eager to help, going above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended.

An unbeatable Old City location and very friendly, helpful staff who made us feel welcome!

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of the Old City - just steps from all major sights - and truly friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: One small note: for the transfer from Sabiha Gökçen Airport we were initially offered only a VIP option (€79), which was higher than the regular taxi fare. On our return though the hotel kindly arranged a standard-priced taxi, which we appreciated.

Pros: Amazing hotel with an unbeatable location—just a 5-minute walk from Istanbul’s main attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options every day. The room was incredibly comfortable, quiet, spacious, and warm, beautifully decorated in authentic Turkish style and impeccably clean. The staff were outstanding: friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. An excellent stay from start to finish—highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Perfect place to stay. Close to many of the sites. All in walking distance. Free snacks between 2pm and 4pm are a perfect way to plan for the afternoon.

Pros: The location is the absolute selling point of this hotel. All of the main sights are in Sultanahmet - which means that they're all within 5-10 mins walk.

Family friendly hotel, big rooms

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Staff friendly Sauna and steam room great, clean

Cons: The jacuzzi was same temperate as the pool. It was quite cold so did not enjoy it.
