Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at ERSU Hotel. The overall experience was excellent. The staff were all kind, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. A special thanks to Christina for her outstanding service — she was very helpful, friendly, and made my stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciate her kindness and support. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Super location 👌

Overall i would still recommend this hotel, it was a great price and we would def come back!!!

Pros: - amazing location, tram station was right outside the hotel and all the most famous tourist attractions where pretty close. - tasty breakfast - we got an upgrade to a family room and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. - Helpful and welcoming staff.

Cons: Nothing major to be honest, just small stuff that was honestly very easy to disregard. - Sometimes the wifi lagged - Like i said breakfast was tasty but it was basically the same food every day. - The cleaning staff only really made the bed, nothing else.

Pros: Close to everything - the Gulhane tram station, Turgut restaurant (the one, where you can dine & watch live traditional Turkish songs & dervish dancr), souvenir stores & etc are just a stone throw away! All of their staff were lovely & had been more than helpful. One of them was a 'privileged' person - exceptionally hardworking; you could see him cleaning the table after breakfast, mopping the floor & assisting guests with their luggages, which really put you to shame seeing his commitments to his job! Would love to come back here soon!

Cons: I could only wish the mattress had been less stiff but this is merely a random opinion.
