Best Western Empire Palace Hotel & Spa

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is absolutely perfect — it is within walking distance of all the main historical attractions of Istanbul, including Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park and Hagia Sophia. The staff are very polite, welcoming and attentive. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Irfan, the reception manager. Thanks to him, our stay in Istanbul became truly unforgettable. His care, kindness and professionalism made our trip absolutely wonderful. I also used the spa and massage services at the hotel, and everything was excellent. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will definitely come back again!

Cons: The only small inconvenience during our stay was the noise in the room because there was construction work in the neighboring building. The renovation created quite a lot of noise during the day. However, this is of course temporary and not related to the hotel itself. Apart from that, we had absolutely no complaints. Everything else was excellent.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: Everything was excellent! All the staff was very helpful. Irfan at the reception helped us and did his best to have a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

Pros: Central position 5 mins from metro, on the tramline and 10.mins walk from sultanhamet square where the blue and Ayasofya mosques are.

Cons: Everything was good no problems.

Highly recommended and value to money

Pros: The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The front desk managers, Saleem and Irfan, were outstanding—extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. The location is excellent as well: very convenient, centrally located, and within easy access to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and public transport stations. Highly recommended.

Cons: The breakfast menu is good but it needs to update on daily basis to offer more variety of food to the guests who are staying for long period.

Pros: The room was great bed was comfortable. cant fault the breakfast there was a large choice. I think the location was great in walking distance to everything. The restaurant that is att to the hotel I have to say was very nice the staff were great and very friendly. Food was great.

Cons: I did find the room was a little too warm but that was understandable as there was under floor heating.

Pros: The hotel is very nice, well decorated and very neat and clean, in a very convenient location in the heart of the city with easy access to many attractions, metro and tram. The staff was impeccable. Many thanks especially to Irfan for his great helpfulness and hospitality.
