Fantastic hotel, centrally located with amazing staff.

Pros: Fantastic attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed Fattima at breakfast time. Her friendly manner was a lovely start to our day! Very well located for main attractions and lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Well recommended.

Pros: The stafff was absolutely brilliant. They were nice and always helpful. Breakfast was very good. A good selection of breads and cakes, cheeses, cold cuts, Turkish dishes, and cereals. Very good coffee, tea, and juices. But our favourite was the honey in honeycomb. The hotel also offfers complintentary afternoon tea and bagel. Our room was well maintained and the coffee bar restocked every day. Our bath had jacuzzi jets! The kids enjoyed the pool and the Turkish bath. A sauna is available as well. The spa area is very clean. The location is excellent. A short walk to many major sites or you can take the nearby tram. And there are a number of shops and restaurants within the vicinity. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone was brilliant. It was such a nice and comfortable stay for us. Highly recommended!

Cons: The wifi can be a bit dodgy especially in the evening. Sometimes our key cards don't work. But no biggie, the reception is always manned and they are always there to help.

A good base for a hectic city. A refuge from the hustle and hassle which makes the city pretty hard work

Pros: Great location, nice breakfast, sauna &swimming pool and spa, bathtub in the deluxe room. Big and spacious balcony with the view of the Gulhane park.

Pros: Everything. It’s a great little hotel in walking distance for all the sites. Fantastic staff. Sergan. Fatime. Beyhan. Really looked after us. But everyone in the hotel is so friendly. Would highly recommend. My wife is gluten free which I mentioned when booking and the manager contacted me to say that there would some snack essentials in our room. And box was there waiting for us. Bread rolls individually wrapped. A variety of biscuits and rice crackers. You don’t get that in many hotels. Excellent breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea and simits filled with cheese and tomatoes and cucumber or sweet ones with Nutella. Indoor heated pool. Ham man and fitness room. Excellent place to stay. Thank you everyone.

Nicely packed small hotel on a great location

Pros: Great location for a boutique hotel that have nice small wellness area with a pool and beautiful hamam room.

Pros: Great place. Location is perfect, just 10min walk from Hagia Sofia, next to the park in central but surprisingly quiet street. Great staff. I highly recommend tours provided for free by the hotel with Mr Okay. I learned a lot about the city and got to places that I would never have found by myself. Hotel also offers great breakfast and turkish baths. If I ever come back to Istambul, I'm sure I will stay in this place.
