Cons: -room could be a bit bigger. I suppose they have strict regulations for the big bathrooms, because the bathroom was unproportianally big comparing to the room.

A stylish, clean hotel in an excellent location, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful staff. The reception team was outstandingly professional, cheerful and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of everything: in one direction the Blue Mosque, in the other the Galata Bridge and the Egyptian Bazaar. The neighborhood is friendly and lively, with many services, bars and restaurants. The tram stop is just a one-minute walk away. The building has a stylish design, and the black tulip motif is tastefully reflected throughout, from the balcony railings to the doors and interior details. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. We knew in advance that the hotel is located next to a tram line, but there is no car traffic on the street. We stayed in a double family room on the 4th floor, and it was a pleasure to look out from the small balcony onto the lively street below. We would gladly return anytime and recommend it to our friends.

Cons: The elevator is small, but we mostly used the stairs anyway. The shower is also quite small. At breakfast, glasses and teaspoons were not always readily available. These are only minor details — I’m mentioning them simply to provide a complete and balanced review. The positive aspects far outweigh these small inconveniences. I would confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family as well.

Perfect location in Istanbul

Pros: Perfect location, close to all forms of public transportation in Istanbul. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Cons: It's noisy at night due to the trams and the mosques, but I knew that reading the reviews beforehand and it didn't bother me at all. But if you're a light sleeper you might want to keep that in mind.

In the city center with a superb staff and a very nice breakfast

Pros: Very clean Very convenient location and safe to walk around Nice room (relatively small but nicely equipped and nice mattress as well). No sounds from the street even though it is so central.

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t so nice. The internet connection was not strong. The noise insulation could be better, because even people just discussing in the corridors could be heard as well as the doors of other rooms when opening and club.

Great stay for a 5-day trip

Pros: We stayed very comfortably in our rooms, there wasn't as much noise as one would expect from a busy tram street, and they got us breakfast for free as a gift, which was high quality too.

Cons: All good.
