Great location, safe corner, close to trams, great value for money

Pros: Located near the tram, you can go anywhere faster via tram. The hotel is not located in the uphills this is the biggest advantage! Staff manager is great🔥

Pros: Hotel manager is very great, responsive and very open to help.

Cons: Nothing! Location is great! Staff is great, welcoming, speaks english so well. Manager is exception very very kindest person. Rooms are very clean, I love cold rooms so they made it very cold, everything was exceptional for me per my request all were done. Nothing bad I found.

Pros: Everything was really clean, they had housekeeping come over every day to clean and change sheets, they served delicious 10/10 breakfast with unlimited coffee and tea, the staff were so kind and helpful and great customer service and helped us with every enquiry we had, overall one of the best hotels i have stayed at

Pros: Staff is great, they will always help you. Their English is not good, but if you use Google translate you can understand each other perfectly fine. Food is nice.

Cons: Low light in the room, quite dark, especialy if you need to shave. Pool is not that big, you can go for a chill but nothing more.

Excellent!!

Pros: The service was excellent! They are very helpful and help me change my room and accommodated me when I checked in early. Mete was the best! location is great! Nejla was superb in the kitchen. the rooms are very nice, I had a nice view.
