Good value for the money

Pros: Good value for money. Very good location, clean and confortable beds with quality sheets. Breackfast with enough vatiety, free turkish bath and sauna, free pool (quite small). Helpful staff.

Cons: Could use some renovation in the bathroom - falling out sink, clogged sink. Could use some attention to details like not having to ask for the towels and blankets that were missing. But, over all, I do recommend the hotel.

Pros: in darkmen 2 very good cook 👍 and sunbathe terrace. Darkmen 2: After 4 days I mooved to darkmen 1 (another hotel). 10/10 points. Good service, food, rooms, my daughter liked fishes in aquarium at the lobby. Administrator Sertaç always cared about us. Thanks him) Administrator Mete professional. They speak English - it’s very important. I recommend darkmen 1 👍👍👍

Cons: Administrators darkmen 2 didn’t speak English and Russian. That’s why we had some communication problems. Cleaner touch my cloth, she changed my bags, shoes and clothes places. She cannot do that. I told her- she continued to do that.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Location was great. The menager and the Izznetti were so helpful.

To use again...

Pros: The manager and the kitchen woman were very attentive to our needs and requests! Nice terrace with a view over the Marmara Sea. Breakfast is varied, but finishing at 10am is a bit early for me... it was vacation for us! Pool, Sauna and Hammam were anextra plus after a visiting day!

Cons: It is not possible to have full peacefulness in the room; all rooms surrounds the elevator, and there is always those none caring people thinking that they are alone in the place!

Pros: Very friendly stuff helped me to change to double room after I booked two single by mistake.

Great staff, great location for clothes shopping and sight seeing .

Pros: I did not expect the staff to be this helpful and willing to go out their way to please the guests. Not a single member of staff failed to smile and engage, even those who could barely speak English were translating on their devices and providing solutions. Every single staff member was just awesome.

Cons: I can't recall disliking anything.

Pros: Staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was also perfect nad room was clean and prepare for us. I really like this hotel and recommend it.

Cons: Wifi does not working properly.
