Perfect for short stay if not spending much time at the hotel.

Pros: Location, and smart modern hotel. Staff excellent.

Cons: room was small and bathroom small.

Nice experience

Pros: The hotel was very good. The room was small but clean, and the hotel itself is new with a wonderful view. The location is perfect, close to all transportation and within walking distance of many beautiful tourist attractions. The area was quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep . The service was excellent — Imran and Fouret were very kind and helpful. They kindly allowed us to keep our luggage on the last day since our return flight was delayed, and even let us use their private bathroom after checking out. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back next time.

Cons: The mattress was not comfortable House keeping was provided every other day

Amazing

Pros: Exceptional stay at Palmera Haya Sofia! I absolutely enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and all the charm of Istanbul’s Old City. The room was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with all the little touches that make a stay special. A special thank you to Imra, who gave us excellent recommendations for local, affordable places to eat and helped us understand how to get around using public transport. Thanks to him, we were even able to return to the airport easily while supporting the local economy. This place has the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and genuine Turkish hospitality. I’d 100% recommend Palmera Haya Sofia to anyone visiting Istanbul and will definitely stay again. A true gem!

Place to stay where you are within arms reach to everything!

Pros: Location wise is very strategic. Very close to Gulhane Station which is convenient. Also a lot of good places to eat which is plus! Special mention to the front office staff Firat who was amazing with his assistance from the laundry to every need that we ask for.

Cons: The property could use daily room cleaning instead of twice a day.

Amazing stay with our new family in Palmera Hagia Sophia, Istanbul.

Pros: Very friendly owner and effective/friendly staffs. Location is superb because just nearby Gulhane Tram Station and many restaurants & shops nearby. Also near (walkable) to popular tourist attractions ie Aya Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Spice Market
