Pros: Upon arrival Ahmed was very very helpful with helping me me log on to their WiFi, and showing me all the facilities. Will deffo stay here again. 5 🌟service.

Cons: That the cleaners threw away my shower cap. And could not replace it. They gave me free coffee and cake for this. And biscuits.

It was a comfortable stay with very nice and helpful staff.

Pros: The place is centrally located and close to shops and public transport hence it is great to get around. The employees were very friendly and helpful, Ömer bey who worked at reception in the evening, at my time of arrival, was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the warm welcome. The surroundings are quiet and felt safe, I had a very comfortable stay.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: The room was clean and very big , also there are so many free activities in the hotel. The staff are pleasant, very helpful, and professional . I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Pros: The service at Midmar Hotel was outstanding! Special thanks to Omar, Ahmed, Manager Serhat, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond — truly more than 5-star service. Best room service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended!

Cons: The room lacked air ventilation, and the passageway felt quite dark as there was no natural light.

Good for business trip, not for tourist

Pros: The location is near expo center ( comfortable for people who come for any business exhibition). Very polite staff, thanks Ahmed for assisting during our living in the hotel.

Cons: Facilities are a bit old. Restaurant in 6 floor is not worth the money, near hotel there are restaurants are better and cheaper.
