Rox Hotel Istanbul

Great hotel, staff, food and location!

Pros: The hotel was the perfect location for my expo centre visit and the staff were highly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety during good time frames too. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for the business stay. Thank you Rox Hotel, I will definitely be staying here again in the future inshaAllah

Cons: The only let down and reason for reducing one star was due to other guests, who were staying next door to me and were extremely disruptive to my much needed rest nights, as they would play their TV so loud during late nights that I felt like I was watching their tv myself. I unfortunately had to complain to reception as the neighbour would not listen to me. Reception were very helpful and asked them to consider others etc. The other guests did not like this, but they conformed the same night, although they repeated again the following night. Thankfully I was checking out after the 2nd night of this rude behaviour but those guests really did not help my migraines attacks, which left me losing a whole day, as I had to sleep during the day to catch up. I understand this is not the hotels fault at all, solely of unforseen rude guests. But it may be worth pre warning guests not to disturb others as the rooms are so close together with thinner walls.

Pros: Staff were great! Always available and cheerful. They have an outstanding manager. Our bedroom was comfortable and they provided a cot for baby. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Loved trying the vegetarian burguer from the restaurant menu. Definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends 🧡

Pros: The location is perfect, very close to the Metrobus, and the staff is excellent and cheerful, but the breakfast needs some improvement. No noise, just close the window firmly!

Pros: Nice location, local amenities nearby and opposite to the dual carriage way. Staff was really helpful in all matters.

Pros: The room was spacious. Big comfortable bed. Location was perfect for what I needed to do in Istanbul (surgery). Staff were always very accomodating. The housekeeper Emine was the most lovely kindest lady to me. Always greeting me with hugs and kind words. She made my stay 10 times better. Nice buffet breakfast variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: I would say the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the next room but it was really no drama.
