Elm Suite Hotel

Pros: The hotel is very cozy and in an excellent location. The staff, both at reception and at breakfast, were very kind and attentive at all times. Without a doubt, a very pleasant experience.

Pros: Nice hotel with specious room. Available parking is a plus.

Worth the money

Pros: Breakfast and the staff working there were absolutely adorable. Very easy going and positive. Good room sizes but some of the furniture might need replacement.

Cons: The only negative is the wireless internet. We had to buy esim in order to work as the internet was constantly disconnecting

Pros: Elm Suite Hotel in Şişli was a great choice for our stay in Istanbul. It’s conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the metrobus, making it quick and easy to reach the old city and all the major sights. The hotel offers very spacious rooms, each with a kitchenette, which is perfect for longer stays or if you prefer to prepare your own meals. The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is reliable—both important for a good stay. While breakfast isn’t so rich, but there’s enough to fill up and start your day right. Another big plus is the underground parking just across the street, which is secure and free—very helpful if you’re driving. Overall, Elm Suite offers great value and comfort in a well-connected part of the city.

Friendly staff and good breakfast, but the internet was weak and there were some minor cleanliness

Pros: At first, we were given a small room, but later an error was discovered, and we were moved to the room we were originally supposed to have. The breakfast and its timing were good for the hotel's level. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The internet in our room, which was on the ground floor, was quite poor. The access point couldn’t handle the number of connected users, and an upgrade is definitely needed. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable to me; however, a few hairs were found, which bothered my wife. If you're sensitive about cleanliness, I recommend mentioning it in advance I’m sure the staff will do their best to accommodate your request.

Pros: The hotel is very nice . It has a parking and this is a big advantage. Great location for us . Memorial hospital is only 10 minutes walking. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable . There is a kitchen box to prepare some fast hot food for the child. 24 hours reception . The staff on the reception is very helpful . I am very grateful for their help as my daughter was with a broken leg and we stood in the hotel 8 days. They met all our special requests. Excellent customer service. All staff ( BKF , Housekeeping ) is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend ELM Suite Hotel and definitely will be back soon. Nina and Marina

Pros: The rooms are quite small. Otherwise it's excellent and the receptionist was very friendly and helpfull.

Great suites for families and solo travelers.
