Nice flat in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: Very neat and clean, there are AC with heating mode in the living room and one of the bedroom (the other bedroom doesn’t have windows but has a fan) The owner is very caring and responsive, he answers in WhatsApp almost immediately. Checking in and out was good as well: we were met there at specified time. Location is good too, on a small not busy street (we had windows and the balcony on the inner patio side) - there are lots of small stores around, 10min to the bus and 15 to a metro station by foot

Best private apartment in Istanbul!

Pros: Not the first time we stay in these apartments, modern, clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very convenient location, close to the large shopping centre (Cevahir) in Istanbul, restaurants and shops are also nearby. Friendly host, very prompt communication, everything is clear with self check-in and check-out. We will definitely come back!

Pros: The apartment is 800 meters from the Şişli Cevahir metro station and 400 meters from the bus stop. It is very easy to reach the central places, Cevahir shopping mall is within walking distance. The apartment is quiet and the apartment is very comfortable for a family environment. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living area for children and parents. Emre Bey was very attentive, we added it to the list of places we will consider if we come to Istanbul again.

Pros: Higly recommend this place. Great location near Cevahir shopping mall and Sisli metro station, spacious apartment with everything that's needed even for a longer stay.

Pros: Very clean Aparten und extremely friendly owner, that was always there when you needed anything.

Cons: Some of the furniture is a bit cheap. The shower holder was slightly broken, the water pressure was very weak, and there was very few powersockets, und cables came out of the wall next to the double bed, where powersockets should have been. Also there was a construction site right in front of the building with pneumatic hammers going all morning.

Pros: The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was in a very good state, with furniture almost new. It was equipped with everything you might need on a trip - iron, washing machine, dishwasher, wardrobes and hangers etc. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was very spacious and even had a balcony with a table and chairs. The communication with the staff and getting to the apartment was very easy and flawless. The owner was very open and responsive. The apartment is located in a very convenient location, very close to restaurants, shops and metro. It is easy to get everywhere in the city. For sure I will return back when in Istanbul next time. It turned out that I mixed the apartments upon arrival by taking a different key from under the mat:) However, the owner didn't say anything to me and didn't bother to change the apartment. I really appreciated this! Very welcoming and client oriented!

Pros: The location for Istanbul was great, and the owners are very helpful and always ready to answer and provide lasting solutions.

Cons: Nothing really, my other friends were complaining about an elevator not existing but that is truly minimal amount of complaint. I didn't mind it at all.
