very nice

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay overall. The person at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming, leaving no wishes open. You can really tell they are very engaged in their job and genuinely care about the guests. They were also always open for a small talk, which created a warm and friendly atmosphere. The kitchen was perfectly sufficient for preparing a quick meal. All the utensils seemed new and not overused, which made everything feel clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi, however, was not that great. Still, considering the price, it was absolutely acceptable and good value for money. All in all, a nice experience with great service and solid facilities for the price.

Very good stay

Pros: Very spaces room, Comfortable beds, Staff is very helpful, Apartment is warm and comfortable. Utensils provided. Easy access so many restaurants as soon as come out from the building.

Cons: You could provide iron and iron board, There was no washing liquid or brush to wash utensils. In the bathroom bidet is on the floor, Every time we used we need to put on the floor why not fix a handle to hang . It will not break and dirty. All sosafe was provided but door was broken. I suggest you put a light in the entrance to make it visible at night.

Pros: The staff were so attentive. If we had a query it was attended to within 5-10mins. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our apartment was at the top of the building however there was a lift plus about 15 steps to get to our apartment. This was initially an issue for me as I had attended for surgery. Once In The apartment I stayed in for the first week for recovery. We had doors that opened to a large patio area so I did not feel I missed out on anything. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff

Cons: It was noisy due to what we could only assume to be something mechanical as it went on throughout the day and the night. Initially we thought it was the lift however it never stopped The key was also very difficult to access the apartment which again was a problem for me when i reached there needing the loo and slow In my movements through surgery 🤣🤣

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Istanbul. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for our visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Hani Bey, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros: Our stay at this property was absolutely outstanding. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and had a wonderfully homely feel. The location was perfect, having everything we needed within walking distance. The sights were beautiful. A special thank you goes to our host, Hani. He truly went above and beyond. His professionalism and responsiveness were remarkable, and he truly elevated our experience. We’ll always remember his kindness. The flexible check-in and check-out times, along with the convenient airport transfer service, were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Pros: Best location for family with kids, close to bus station and metro station. You can find a lot of shops near by. The apartment is nice and well maintained. I enjoyed the stay. Its worth and recommended.
