Great stay - and amazing location

Pros: Amazing host and great location - clean apartment - close to most of the main sites.

Cons: water was not warm - think owner forgot to set the temperature

Pros: Very comfortable for those with families, not far from Green Tomb, walk 600 meters and if you want to go to Telerik cable car, take a taxi or walk. close to convenience stores and convenient restaurants and not far away, just below the homestay I will choose this homestay if I go to Bursa again in the future. 👍👍😉😉😉

Perfect stay for family

Pros: Great location, walkable to the main attractions like the grand mosque, grand Bazaar and green mosque. Taxi cost about USD 3.5 to go to Bursa cable car station. Convenient store and few restaurants in the vicinity as well. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The host was very helpful.

Pros: Great location and located at local neighbourhood . Less noisy at night. The host very helpful and responsive .Have kitchen and you can cook. Have common laundry room that u can use. Have a lot of Bus stop located nearby to the Hotel. Room so spacious. Lastly 30-ish mins walking to Mt Uludag and Koza Han which is good for those who on bajet travelling

Pros: The location is perfect! Everything is super close Sok Supermarket, a butcher, and a bakery are just around the corner. The Grand Bazaar is only a 5–7 minute walk away.

Pros: The apartments are perfectly located in the historic center, with many attractions within walking distance. They are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Sheyma, is very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help. She was available and attentive throughout our week-long stay. We arrived for check-in two hours later than planned—after midnight—but Sheyma kindly met us and checked us in without any issues. On the second day, she even upgraded us from our initial apartment on the fourth floor to a more spacious one on the first floor, which was greatly appreciated. I’d also like to highlight the helpfulness of her friend and assistant, Hulya, who changed our towels and handled our laundry. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances and plan to stay in their apartments again on future visits to Bursa.
